Shopping online is with PayPal using a major credit or debit card. Or if you prefer not to purchase online you can place an order by email or by letter post and pay by cheque or postal order.

To buy with mail order, click on the email order link. Fill in the form and send us your requirements, we will of course forward a confirmation of all orders received. Alternatively, if you require more information send us an email.

Goods remain the property of Segara until the order is paid in full.

Delivery within the UK is normally 5-7 days. A postage and packing charge of £1.50 is added to all orders in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Contact us regarding P&P charges for destinations outside the UK. If you would like the added security of postal insurance, prices may be available on request.

All goods are despatched by royal mail first class post with proof of posting for our records. If you require express delivery, please advise us at the time of order and we will contact you with confirmation of the additional cost.

If a chosen item is out of stock we will contact you upon receipt of order and keep you informed of the delivery date. You can of course cancel out of stock items should you decide you would rather not wait. We will not charge your credit or debit card until the item is ready for despatch.

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item we will refund the cost of returning the item to us.

We are sure you will be delighted with your Segara jewellery, but if you are not happy with any product purchased from us, simply return it for a full refund stating the reason for its return. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In accordance with the European directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of your goods. In the event of cancellation we request you contact us by email.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the safe receipt of returned goods in a resaleable condition. If items are returned through the post please use our protective packaging. We also advise you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
